Bronx, NY - Boston Rd & Southern Blvd Crash Results in Injuries

Bronx, NY (April 5, 2024) – A serious auto accident in the Bronx required support from local paramedics on Friday, April 5. Early that morning around 7:29 a.m., the collision was reported at the crossing of Boston Road and Southern Boulevard. Two vehicles reportedly collided at the scene. 

At least one person involved in the accident was hurt, and the injured parties were treated at the scene by attending medical personnel. Those requiring further support were later transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. The number and severity of the related injuries have not been determined. The roadway was closed for several hours while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were quickly dispatched to clear the resulting wreckage and other debris. No further updates on the accident are currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
