Bronx, NY – Pedestrian Hit by MTA Bus at Tremont Ave & Boston Rd
Bronx, NY (March 26, 2024) – There were reported injuries after a crash involving a pedestrian in the Bronx area on Tuesday morning, March 26. The accident took place early that morning at around 8:31 a.m. at the corner of E. Tremont Avenue and Boston Road. A 40-year-old male pedestrian was traveling near the intersection when they were hit by an MTA bus.
Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to render aid to the involved parties. The area was temporarily closed as paramedics were present to provide the necessary support. The injured party was treated at the scene before being transferred to a local hospital for additional treatment.
