Brooklyn, NY - Injuries in Motorcycle Crash at Rockaway Pkwy & Lenox Rd

Brooklyn, NY (April 30, 2024) – On Tuesday, April 29, a serious crash in the Brooklyn area required support from local paramedics. The collision took place at the corner of Rockaway Parkway and Lenox Road early that morning around 3:09 a.m. A motorcycle and another vehicle reportedly collided at the scene. 

The injured parties were provided immediate aid by attending medical personnel. Those requiring further support were later transported to a nearby hospital by ambulance. At this time, the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not been determined. The area was temporarily closed as emergency crews were present to provide aid to the involved parties. Tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting wreckage and other debris in order to reopen the roadway. No further information on the crash is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
