Manhattan, NY - Car Wreck with Injuries at 57th St & 10th Ave

Manhattan, NY (April 25, 2024) – A serious car crash in the Manhattan area on Wednesday, April 24, resulted in confirmed injuries. The collision was reported at the intersection of W. 57th Street and 10th Avenue late that night around 11:50 p.m. Local reports revealed that at least one person was hurt in the crash. 

Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. Those requiring further support were later hospitalized for further support. The circumstances leading to the accident have not yet been reported. The area was temporarily closed while emergency responders were present, and tow trucks were needed to remove the resulting wreckage and other debris. No further information on the accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
