Queens, NY - Multi-Vehicle Injury Crash on Long Island Expy

Queens, NY (March 27, 2024) – There were reported injuries after a car accident in the Queens area on Wednesday, March 27. The collision was reported early that morning at around 8:13 a.m. on Long Island Expy EB near Exit 17W-E. Three or more vehicles were reportedly involved in the crash. 

Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene to provide the necessary medical aid. The injured parties were later transferred to local hospitals by ambulance for further support. The circumstances leading to the crash have not been determined. The area was temporarily closed while local authorities worked to clear the scene. No further information on the accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
