Queens, NY - Pileup Injury Crash at Jamaica Ave & 93rd Ave

Queens, NY (April 1, 2024) – A multi-vehicle collision in the Queens area on Monday, April 1, required support from local paramedics on Monday, April 1. The collision was reported early that morning around 7:59 a.m. at the corner of Jamaica Avenue and 93rd Avenue. Three or more vehicles were involved in the crash. 

The injured parties were provided aid by attending medical personnel. Those requiring further support were later hospitalized by ambulance. The number and severity of the resulting injuries have not been determined at this time. The roadway was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting wreckage in order to reopen the area to outside traffic. No further information on the accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
