Queens, NY - Two Hurt in Crash at Horace Harding & Clearview Expy

Queens, NY (June 15, 2024) – There were confirmed injuries after a single-vehicle crash in the Queens area on Saturday, June 15. The accident took place at the intersection of Horace Harding Expressway and Clearview Expressway S. early that morning, around 6:52 a.m. The victims were traveling in a small sedan when the vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a tree.

Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. Two people were transported to a local hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. At this time, the severity of the resulting injuries has not been determined. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were needed to clear the resulting wreckage and other debris in order to reopen the area to outside traffic. No updates on the accident are currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the incident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
