Bronx, NY (June 15, 2024) – At least one person was injured after a traffic accident in the Manhattan area on Saturday, June 15. That morning, around 9:49 a.m., the collision was reported at the intersection of W. Burnside Avenue and W. 179th Street. Two or more vehicles were involved in the crash.

Emergency responders were rushed to the scene after being notified of a crash with injuries. There were confirmed injuries resulting from the accident, but the severity and number of the resulting injuries have not yet been determined. The roadway was closed for several hours while emergency crews worked to clear the scene. No further information on the accident is currently available.
