Bronx, NY - Injuries in Car Accident at Little League Pl & Westchester Ave

Bronx, NY (April 14, 2024) – There were reported injuries after a car crash in the Bronx area on Sunday, April 14. The accident was reported that afternoon around 3:20 p.m. at the corner of Little League Place and Westchester Avenue. At least one person involved in the crash was hurt. 

An ambulance was called to the scene to transport an injured party to a local hospital for treatment. The number and severity of the resulting injuries have not yet been determined. The crash victims were treated at the scene by attending medical personnel. Those requiring further treatment were later hospitalized for additional support. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. Tow trucks were later dispatched to clear the roadway and reopen the scene to outside traffic. No further updates on the accident are currently available. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
