New York, NY – Pedestrian Killed in Hit-&-Run at Canal & Lafayette St
New York, NY (March 7, 2024) – A man was killed after a hit-and-run accident in New York on Wednesday, March 6. The deadly accident was reported at the corner of Canal Street and Lafayette Street early that morning at around 5 a.m. A man in his 30s was traveling on foot when he was struck by an oncoming motor vehicle.
The injured party was transported to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition. He was later pronounced dead by attending medical personnel.
