New York Distracted Driving Crashes

Queens, NY - Beach 101st St & Rockaway Beach Blvd Injury WreckAll drivers have a responsibility to keep their eyes on the road. But in today’s world, this easy chore has grown more difficult, mostly because smartphones and other mobile devices are used so widely in the United States. New Yorkers are notorious for their careless driving, and there are a lot of distracted drivers on the state’s roadways. The state is the fifth worst in the country for distracted driving-related accidents. Distracted driving was linked to a startling 563 out of 4,785 road fatalities in the state between 2017 and 2021, or around 13 percent of all traffic fatalities. Drivers who fail to pay attention to the road should be held responsible for their conduct in the event of a serious auto accident. This is frequently only achievable if you collaborate closely with an experienced legal team.
