High-Speed Collisions in New York

Queens, NY - Grand Central Pkwy W Car Crash Ends in InjuriesOn city streets in New York, the speed limit is set at 25 miles per hour, unless otherwise posted. Unfortunately, within the city, speeding drivers frequently cause catastrophic auto accidents. A total of 3,940 motor vehicle accidents in the city in 2022 involve speeding motorists. Statistics show that over 10,000 people are killed by speeding drivers on American roads every year, and over one-third of all traffic fatalities have been tied to high-speed incidents in the past 20 years. Speeding makes it much more likely to lose control of your vehicle and cause a serious crash, and the resulting injuries are nearly almost much more severe than a typical accident. After a catastrophic collision, it can be challenging to heal on your own. A skilled attorney is prepared to take your case and fight for your complete recovery.

Navigating the complicated claims process is already difficult enough. When dealing with serious injuries, it can seem almost impossible. A respected New York law firm can help you pursue the fullest compensation possible during this difficult time. Contact the offices of Isaacson, Schiowitz & Korson LLP today at (516) 774-3635.
