High-Speed Collisions in New York

Queens, NY - Pileup Crash with Injuries on Grand Central ParkwayThere are certain things that can significantly raise the chance of an automobile collision. Speeding increases the likelihood of a collision by a considerable margin, and these collisions are also known to cause much more severe injuries. Speeding greatly lengthens the stopping distance and makes it harder to manage a vehicle. This can lead to a decrease in reaction time, making the road a riskier place as a result. Spending remains a major factor in the overall safety of New York’s roads, accounting for about one-fourth of all traffic fatalities on American highways each year. When you are injured by a careless driver, you should always seek the advice of an experienced lawyer in order to build a strong case for your full compensation.

You have legal rights, and if you are injured by another person’s reckless actions, you should pursue a personal injury claim to recover lost compensation.
