Brooklyn, NY (April 26, 2024) – On Thursday, April 25, a man was fatally struck while exiting a vehicle in the Brooklyn area. The deadly accident was reported at the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Avenue W at around 4:30 a.m. Emergency responders were rushed to the scene to provide the necessary aid. 

A 77-year-old man was exiting a vehicle when he was hit by an oncoming sport utility vehicle. The SUV rolled after the crash, and the man was dragged by the vehicle. The victim suffered fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead. The identity of the deceased party has been withheld. No further information on the deadly crash is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the pedestrian accident is being handled by local law enforcement officials.
