Queens, NY (April 25, 2024) – There were confirmed injuries after a pedestrian crash in the Queens area on Thursday, April 25. The accident was reported early that morning around 7:37 a.m. at the intersection of Brooklyn Queens Expressway and Roosevelt Avenue. The victim was traveling on foot when they were hit by an oncoming motor vehicle. 

Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene after being notified of a serious pedestrian-vehicle crash. The injured party was treated at the scene before being transferred to a local hospital for further support. The area was temporarily closed while emergency units were present, and no updates on the condition of the injured party have been provided at this time. No additional information on the crash is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
