High-Speed Collisions in New York
The likelihood of a catastrophic accident can be greatly increased when a driver is negligent. Many drivers in New York have the risky habit of speeding, which causes thousands of fatalities each year across the country. Every year, thousands of individuals die in high-speed collisions, which make up around 25 percent of all traffic fatalities in the nation. Nearly 33 people are estimated to have died daily as a result of speeding nationwide in 2021, according to figures. Speeding makes it more likely for a driver to lose control of their vehicle and lengthens the stopping distance of a car significantly. If you or a loved one is hurt in an automobile accident, you should consult with an experienced lawyer to maximize your case.
